News: Zoe Adjonyoh serves up an essay collection
The bloody excellent Zoe Adjonyoh has announced a new project via Unbound publishers, and I am thrilled that she has asked me to contribute.
Serving Up: Essays on food, identity and culture by Zoe Adjonyoh will examine the politics behind what we eat, emphasising the decolonisation of diet via a collection of essays from new and established writers in the food and hospitality industry. The list of contributors is incredible; it must have taken a heck of a lot of work to put it together.
This is a crowd-funded project, and you can find out more here, including how to pledge.
Zoe is the author of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen and the creator of Black Book, which offers a “global representation platform for Black and non-white people working within hospitality and food media.”
